Arapooish State Park-Located 1 mile north of Hardin Exit 495 off Hwy. 47. The family park is at Arapooish Fishing Access near the Bighorn River-good area for bird watching. Picnic tables & self-contained bathrooms.

Big Horn County Museum-Features twenty historic structures and three exhibit buildings. State Visitor's Center, Picnic area and gift shop.

Bighorn Canyon National Recreation Area-Includes Yellowtail Dam, Bighorn Lake and the Bighorn River. Camping, fishing, boat rides, hiking trails, scenic drives and two visitor centers.

Bighorn River-World-Class Blue Ribbon Trout Stream. Fish for brown & rainbow trout or float the river for a scenic boat trip. Fishing and hunting licenses available at the Cenex Convenience Store.

Chief Plenty Coups State Park and Museum-Approximately 41 miles west of St. Xavier located at Pryor. The park, home & museum commemorate the famous Crow chief, Plenty Coups. View the museum interpretive displays of the Crow culture and the chief's Medicine Spring burial site. Picnic facilities with tables, grills, sanitary facilities and drinking water are available.

Chief Two Moon Monument-The chief was one of the main Cheyenne chiefs at the Battle of the Little Bighorn. Located at Busby, on Hwy 212, 23 miles east of the Little Bighorn Battlefield. Gas and food are available.

Community Activity Center-Olympic size indoor swimming pool, wading pool, hot tub, exercise equipment & weight room. Located outside the center is a walking trail & picnic areas. Phone-665-6400.

Custer Battlefield Museum-Largest Custer exhibit now on display where the Battle of the Little Bighorn began at Sitting Bull's camp. Tomb of the unknown soldier. Located at Garryowen, MT I-90 Exit 514.

Fort Custer Golf Course-Nine-hole course. No tee times required. Pro Shop, Cart Rentals, Sandwiches, Beverages and Restroom Facilities. Located three miles north of Hardin on Hwy. 47. Phone-665-2597.

Fort Smith-Has guide services, boat rentals, gas and groceries, camping, gift shops, restaurants, lodging and fishing licenses.

JailHouse Gallery-Offer a variety of regional & national traveling exhibits and feature Western and Native American Art. Limited Edition Prints, Jewelry, Pottery & Sculpture, Traditional Native American Crafts, Montana Hand-Crafted Collectibles, Books & Antiques. Located at 218 N. Center Ave.

Little Bighorn Battlefield National Monument-Formerly Custer Battlefield, is the site where Custer was defeated by the Cheyenne and Sioux Warriors. the battlefield offers a number of attractions & activities; Custer National Cemetery, a museum, bus tours, self-guided walking & road tours, book store and visitor center. Located at Exit 510 to Hwy. 212. Gift shops, restaurants and gas are available.

OK-A-BEH Marina-Take the scenic road south of Fort Smith to the Bighorn Lake. Food, swimming and boat rentals.

Pompey's Pillar National National Monument-One of the most famous sandstone buttes in the Unites States. It bears the only remaining physical evidence along the trail of the Lewis and Clark Expedition. On the face of the 150-foot butte, Captain William Clark carved his name and the date July 25, 1806. 28 miles East of Billings, I-94 exit 23.

Pryor Mountain Wild Horse Range-This area was established in 1968 to provide a well maintained sanctuary for wild horses. The herd size, now about 120 - 160, is managed by Bureau of Land Management.

Rosebud Battlefield-The site of the 1876 battle between the Sioux and Cheyenne Indians and General Crook. It is located on secondary Hwy. 314, off Hwy 212.

St. Labre Indian School-Museum, Indian Artifacts & Gallery. Located at Ashland, on Hwy. 212, is a scenic route to Rapid City from Crow Agency. Ashland has a motel, restaurant, gas & groceries.

St. Xavier-Visit St. Xavier Mission, established in 1887 by Fr. Peter Paul Prondo, a Jesuit Priest. The church and school are still in use. Guide, shuttle services and boat rentals are offered.

Tongue River Reservoir-Located near Decker offering fishing, boating and other water sports.

Willow Creek Dam-Located 15 miles southwest of Lodge Grass. Fishing, boating water skiing and picnic spots are available.
